On Monday April 7th we’re diving into Alfred Hitchcock’s influence on Woody Allen by screening Dial M For Murder (1954) and discuss all of the classic Hitchcock themes before screening Woody Allen’s Match Point (2005).

Dial M For Murder is a crime thriller where Hitchcock shows he truly is the master of suspense. The plot revolves about a retired professional tennis player in London who is plotting to murder his rich, unfaithful wife. 

Match Point is an oscar nominated psychological thriller by Woody Allen set in London, where a former tennis professional falls for an actress who happens to be dating his friend and soon to be brother-in-law.
